Performing the engineering activities necessary to ensure the operation of SE-EBO and SE-EMO in the area of calculations of NFCH fuel charge and balance measurements of the reactor - Part of the subject of the contract is also the obligation of the bidder to ensure and submit the verification results of the code used for NFCH calculations in accordance with points 4.2.1 to 4.2.3 of the Technical Specification, which forms Annex no. 2 of these tender documents. - Code verification results for NFCH calculations must demonstrate correctness, reproducibility, transparency and the professional appropriateness of the performed calculations and they must be processed in such a scope and quality as to enable their proper professional assessment by the contracting authority. - The applicant is obliged to submit the NFCH verification results within the time limit, scope and quality required by Technical specification and in accordance with the request of the public contracting authority, if such a request was received. - Non-submission of code verification results for NFCH calculations, their late submission or their submission in an incomplete range or in a quality that does not allow for their proper assessment, it is considered a failure to meet the requirements for the subject of the contract and, at the same time, a failure to provide proper cooperation of the bidder in accordance with § 56 of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement. - In the case according to paragraph 2.4, the contracting authority is authorized to proceed in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, to refuse to conclude a contract pursuant to Section 56 of the Public Procurement Act. - Calculations for the independent verification of the neutron-physical characteristics of the fuel...
