The subject of the order is described in detail in the draft contract Appendix No. 5 to SWZ. The subject of the supervised works is the reconstruction of the internal forest road in Lenictwo Gorc, the forest road Pod Gorcem with inventory number 220/629 at km 0+000 2+701 and 2+705 4+170, together with the reconstruction of drainage wells and paving at the inlets and culvert outlets under the forest road crown. The location of the facility and its characteristic parameters, i.e. the length and width of the forest road, the area of storage areas and passing areas, will not change compared to the existing condition. The road reconstruction includes construction the surface of the forest road with its roadsides (including existing widenings on circular arcs), the surface of the existing logging depots, the existing passing area, supplementing the surface on sections of logging trails in places where they join the forest road (material to make the surface, it is a mixture of natural aggregate and separating geotextile for the roadway...
