1. The subject of the order is the provision of services related to the fulfillment of the duties of an investor supervision inspector as part of the implementation of the investment task called Adaptation of existing design documentation for the investment plan including: construction of 5 (five) multi-family buildings in Kunia Raciborska at ul. Bema and their construction. The investment task is carried out in the design and build formula.2. The scope of the service includes performing the duties of an investor supervision inspector, resulting from, among others, joke. 25 and art. 26 of the Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended) and is specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the specifications and the Designed provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 2 to the specifications.
