Performing current and emergency repairs for the needs of TU-Sofia, Plovdiv Branch The repair, construction and installation works that are the subject of the order cover the following parts: Architectural - construction (AS), Water supply and sewage (VV), Electrical installations (EL), Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and include: Dismantling works for preparation of the construction site; Maintenance and emergency repair of offices and halls - replacement of the flooring, patching of gypsum plaster and/or plaster putty on walls and ceilings, latex painting, light painting on wooden frames (doors) and metal surfaces (radiators and pipes), replacement of faience; Maintenance and emergency repair of window frames - replacement of window frames; Maintenance and emergency repair of plumbing installations - of water pipes for cold water, including connecting parts of water installations, replacement of sewage pipes, replacement of sinks; Maintenance and emergency repair of a roof - dismantling of old insulation and laying of a new one, dismantling and installation of funnels and tin caps on boards, etc.; Warranty liability for the completed construction and installation works. The term for the fulfillment of the subject of the order is up to 12 (twelve) months, starting from the date of signing the contract or until the expiration of the maximum value of the contract, whichever of the two events occurs earlier.
