Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the execution by the Contractor for the Ordering Party of a comprehensive replacement of the lifting equipment installed in building D of the Regional Specialist Hospital in Grudzidz, including the dismantling and disposal of the existing infrastructure, and also delivery and installation of a brand new hospital lift adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, meeting the requirements of the Accessibility Plus program for AOS in accordance with the content of Annexes No. 2 and 6 to the SWZ and in accordance with Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.2. The ordering party requires the Contractor conducts an on-site visit in order to prepare the offer (the above is an absolute obligation of the Contractor conditioning the submission of the offer, and submitting an offer without an on-site visit will result in its rejection pursuant to Article 226(1)(18) of the Act p.z.p.). The on-site visit may be carried out on working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., but no later than May 29, 2026.
