1. The subject of the order is to conduct comprehensive investor supervision over the implementation of the task titled: Construction of the Primary School in Lutynia STAGE II in the following sectors: 1) construction; 2) sanitary; 3) electrical; 4) telecommunications.2. Investment details, including design documentation is available on the website of the public procurement procedure for construction works at: https://platformazakupowa.pl/transakcja/1236982. 3. Investor supervision of the construction must be carried out in accordance with Polish law construction, in particular the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law together with implementing regulations, Polish Standards, terms of agreements and in accordance with the construction permit and project documentation.4. Detailed scope of responsibilities of the Investor Supervision Team contains a draft contract constituting an annex to the SWZ.
