The subject of the order is to provide comprehensive investor supervision over the implementation of the investment titled: Reconstruction of the municipal road ul. Marii Nietrzebki on the section from ul. Parkingowa to ul. Wincenty Witos in Yrardów. The scope of the order includes the exercise of: on behalf of and on behalf of the Ordering Party, investor supervision in the road, sanitary and electrical industries over the following scope of construction works: 1) demolition and earthworks for the road; 2) road curbs and edges; 3) construction layers of the road base; 4) road surface;5) other road and finishing works;6) horizontal and vertical markings;7) rainwater drainage;8) service sewer;9) pedestrian and bicycle path;10) area lighting. The detailed scope of the order is specified in the Draft Agreement - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
