Part I Performing comprehensive cleaning and cleaning services in the field branch of the Polish Space Agency in Warsaw, located in the Europlex building in Warsaw (02-515) at ul. Puawska 17, including: a) cleaning of office space (incl 2, 670.55 m2, including 304.8 m2 of supervised area) total number of rooms: 91, including: office rooms (60), conference rooms (7), hygiene and sanitary rooms (12), social rooms with kitchenettes (4), server rooms (1), storage rooms (7) and corridors, including: i. floor cleaning in types and quantities of surfaces: - area with carpets: 2, 346.68 m2 - area with PVC carpets: 203.32 m2 - area with floor tiles: 120.55 m2;ii. cleaning surface of glass entrance doors, walls of the security room, access control gates; b) washing (one-sided from the inside) of windows - maximum 1, 608 m2, during the period of execution of the subject of the order, provided that the window cleaning service will be performed in accordance with needs of the Ordering Party and will be ordered no more often than once every 6 months.
