Providing author's supervision for the "Reconstruction" project communication system (..)" in the scope of Task No. 1 entitled: Reconstruction of intersections for the needs of two-way traffic for Reymonta and Kotaja streets The subject of the order is the provision of author's supervision services for the investment carried out as part of the project "Reconstruction communication system to improve the accessibility of residents of the entire voivodeship to service centers in Opole in the scope of Task No. 1: Reconstruction of intersections for the needs of two-way traffic for ul. Reymont and Kotaj, as well as the implementation of designs for additional or replacement works in accordance with the terms of the contract. The scope of author's supervision is determined by the provisions of the Construction Law, the contract and two design documentation: I. entitled: Expansion and reconstruction of roads in Ozimska, Reymonta, Kotaja streets on the section from the entrance to the Shopping Center Opolanin to the intersection of Ozimska Street with Kotaja Streets developed by Pracownia Projektow ARTERY ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE Sebastian Celary, Zbigniew Regua S.C. street wirki i Wigury, 48-304 Nysa. - expected number of stays on the construction site 30 stays and execution, on ordering the Ordering Party, alternative design works, the subject of which are changes in relation to the solutions provided for in the original documentation or additional design works, expected number of design expenditure units: 1, 279 units.
