Magyar Export-Import Bank Zartkoerűen Műkoedő Reszvenytarsasag (hereinafter: "Eximbank") complies with the provisions of Act C of 2000 on accounting, European Parliament 1606/2002/EC of July 19, 2002 on the application of international accounting standards and on the basis of the procedure laid down in the Council Decree, obliged to keep books and prepare its annual report based on the international accounting standards (hereinafter: "IFRS") published in the Official Journal of the European Union in the form of a decree.
