Description: The works include extraordinary maintenance of the existing business building - Kina "Europa", Warsaw Street 3 (K.Č. 2212, K.O. Center Novi), all in accordance with detailed description, types of works and quantities determined in the attached cost. Planned works will be performed on the basis of a rulebook on a simpleand other buildings and works (OG 112/17, 34/18, 36/19, 98/21 155/23) Article 5, item 1 and 2, and for the purpose of improving basic construction requirements. All the necessary works that need to be performed as part of an extraordinary maintenance of the subject facility are included in the prepared projectdocumentation, prepared by the University of Zagreb, the Faculty of Architecture, the Institute for Construction Heritage, Kačićeva 26, 10000 Zagreb.
