The subject of the fall includes the thermomodernization of ciants, building flat roof, replacement of window and door joinery, replacing the flashing, replacement of rainwater system, ventilation system, replacement of lightning protection system, modernization of central heating. Along with the implementation of the C.T. for power Heaters in the cuisine of the cuisine and retaining the building to the vertical platforms for non -firm lifting height up to 1 m with the entrance stairs. As part of the task, the Contractor will make a necessary survivor of existing elements of the building, and then make them thermomodernization. During thermomodernization works, a new isolation of the Cian and flat roof, replacement of window and door joinery, replacement of rainwater drainage, implementation of a ventilation system and retaining in installation C.T. will be necessary.
