This public contract builds on a comprehensive project and the contracting authority's public contract "Energy -Sarative Project at the National Theater supported by the NPO/NPJ Program", which is to increase energy efficiency and reduce operating costs in the contracting authority's objects by implementing specificEnergy services with a so -called guaranteed result (hereinafter referred to as the "project"). ENETIQA a.s., IČO 496 85 490, with its registered office at Kačirkova 982/4, 158 00 Prague 5 - Jinonice (hereinafter referred to as the "General Contractor").



with regard toThe fact that (i) the project is to be implemented by the Performance Design & Build method and thus the general contractor will also be obliged to create project documentation, then obtain a public authority for the implementation of the intention and at the same time guarantee functional parameters installedFacilities, and (ii) project costs are fully funded by the subsidy title NPO/NPJ, the contracting authority is obliged to ensure proper control of the course of its own implementation and course of comprehensive tests for proper handover of the technical supervision project (hereinafter referred to as "TDS") andand health protection at work on the construction site (hereinafter referred to as "OSH").



The component of the City of City will be in particular:

(a) the comprehensive performance of the TDS in the range of the corresponding nature of the project;

(b) the comprehensive performance of the OSH coordinator in the extent of the appropriate nature of the project;

(c)associated with the transmission of the project, specifically functional tests of installed heat sources, combined heat and electricity sources, cold and air -conditioning devices to verify the fulfillment of the parameters specified in the contract with the general contractor;
