The subject of the public procurement includes next-generation sequencing (NGS) - whole exome and targeted sequencing for individual specific positions. These genes are relevant to the diagnosis and/or treatment of various solid tumors according to National Cancer Control Network (NCCN) guidelines and the medical literature. The analysis is performed to be able to detect all four types of genomic abnormalities (SNV, InDel, CNV and Fusion) and also generate results (TMB, bTMB and MSI) that can help guide cancer immunotherapies.
