Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is an investment task which includes: Renovation of school toilets in segment B of the Primary School. The order includes the execution of renovation works in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Appendix No. 1a to SWZ and the bill of quantities constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ and the list of prices constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. All works should be performed in accordance with the principles of construction practice and all applicable standards. ATTENTION! Due to school activities taking place in the facility, work may be conducted from June 29, 2026. until August 28, 2026 The detailed scope of work for this task is determined by the bill of quantities and the price list. When performing works, decisions, conditions and arrangements should also be taken into account. It is up to the Contractor to obtain on behalf of the Ordering Party, an occupancy permit or an effective notification of completion of works and intention to commence occupancy (if required in accordance with applicable regulations).
