The subject of the contract: - ensuring the performance of the investor's technical supervision and the provision of related services within the scope of the delivery and installation of photovoltaic power plants on the roofs of 3 buildings (see above) - checking the submitted documentation (actual implementation, technical documentation) - checking the compliance of the proposed solution with the fulfillment of the required delivery parameters set out in the procurement documentation for the implementation of the PV plant delivery - participation and cooperation during acceptance tests, during the handover of the work, including writing handover protocol, list of possible defects and unfinished works and control of their removal - preparation of the final opinion of the expert technical supervision according to the appendix of the RES+ Challenge - during the actual assembly of individual PV plants on the roofs of buildings and their connection regular daily inspection of the work carried out - organization, management and participation in inspection days once a week during the self-assembly of individual PV plants on the roofs of buildings and their connection - preparation of minutes of these meetings and inspection days CPV Subject: Architectural services and construction supervision Technical-engineering services
