Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: Construction works, renovation of the road surface at ul. Powstańców Śląskie.1) The scope of works includes: a) demolition works, b) removal and disposal of demolition debris, c) assembly works, d) adjustment of external equipment, e) replacement of curbs concrete, f) execution of the above-mentioned road surface, g) finishing works.2) List of quantities:a) Length of the road section: 280 m;b) Road area: 2500.00 m2;c) Area of the concrete cubes (reconstruction): 30.00 m2;d) Length of the curb 15x30/22: 115.00 mb.2. The Contractor's obligations arising from the implementation of the subject of the order also include the draft provisions of the contract, which will be introduced into the content of the contract. 3. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a warranty for the completed item orders for a period of not less than 36 months from the date of final receipt of the work.4. The warranty period for the performance of the subject of the order will correspond to the period of validity of the quality guarantee.5.
