"Performance of construction supervision during site inspection: Retaining wall for strengthening of quarter 17 between points 40-45, Byala Reka village, Rudozem municipality" The scope of the public procurement includes the exercise of construction supervision during the execution of construction and assembly works works on the site: "Retaining wall for the strengthening of quarter 17 between points 40-45, Byala Reka village, Rudozem municipality". The object is the construction of a reinforced concrete retaining wall, intended to strengthen a section of the street infrastructure in the village of Byala Reka, municipality Ore earth. According to the technical specification, the retaining wall consists of a total of 19 lamellae, with a total length of 95.00 m and a height of 3.00 m to 4.00 m. Construction of a newly designed reinforced concrete retaining wall is planned, including implementation of the necessary constructive, drainage and accompanying activities related to stabilization and strengthening of the affected section. The need to carry out construction and assembly works is conditioned by compromising and deforming the existing wall under the street, as well as on the street surface in a range of 95 m, as a result of prolonged heavy rains. In view of the fortification nature of the site and the need to ensure safety, legality and quality during construction, it should be construction supervision exercised by a legally competent person in accordance with the requirements of the Territorial Planning Act and applicable regulations.
