Performance of construction supervision at the construction site: Malcov - Lenartov - sewerage and WWTP 1. The subject of this contract is the provision of construction supervision services within the construction: Malcov - Lenartov - sewerage and sewage treatment plant (hereinafter referred to as "Construction"). The successful applicant will be according to the conditions agreed in the contract, supervise the execution of construction work according to the work contract concluded between the contracting authority and the construction contractor so that all construction work is carried out in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, STN and technical specifications, in the specified time and within the framework of the price agreed in the Contract for the work and in compliance with the conditions determined by the Contract for the work. 2.
