Description : I. Background

The Civil Service Commission installed PRIME-HRM, which promotes for the adoption of the competency framework to strengthen human resource (HR) excellence in the public sector. Currently, the Board of Investments is in the process of transforming the human resource management office as a strategic partner in the agency in order to ensure that competency-based systems will embedded in our human resource management and development practices.

Learning and Development as one of the human resource functions is a holistic approach integrating identified developmental activities based on competencies.

II. Objectives

The training aims to provide supervisors the knowledge and equip them with skills needed to improve their capability of providing assistance and guidance to staff to attain the highest level of performance and instill the BOI values to inspire to be committed in demonstrating behaviors of a true public servant:
