PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF BOMBARDIER TRAMWAYS FLEXITY OUTLOOK ON THE PRE-PROJECT TRACES OF THE T3 LINE EXTENSIONS AND ANALYSIS AND VALIDATION OF MIXED FLEXITY RELIEF - CAF URBOS 100X ON THE MARSEILLE TRAMWAY NETWORK (2 LOTS) The purpose of these public contracts is to carry out the analysis of the performance of Bombardier Flexity Outlook tram trains on the pre-project routes of the extensions of the T3 tram line and the analysis and validation of mixed emergency FLEXITY - CAF URBOS 100X ON THE MARSEILLE TRAMWAY NETWORK (2 lots). Lot n°1 : PERFORMANCE STUDIES OF BOMBARDIER FLEXITY TRAINS ON THE PRE-PROJECT TRACES OF THE T3 LINE EXTENSIONS Lot n°2: ANALYSIS AND VALIDATION OF MIXED EMERGENCY The services are described and carried out in accordance with the provisions of this CCAP as well as of the CCTP and its annexes. These public contracts are framework agreements within the meaning of articles L2125-1.1° and R2162-2 et seq. of the Code. The framework agreements are concluded with a single economic operator and executed: - partly by issuing vouchers order, for the services described in the contractual documents (under the conditions set out in articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Code); - and in part by the conclusion of subsequent contracts for the needs of which all the stipulations contractual conditions are not set out in the framework agreement documents (in accordance with articles R2162-7, R2162-11 and R2162-12 of the Code). Pursuant to article R2162-4 of the Code, each contract is concluded without a minimum commitment amount and with a maximum commitment amount over their duration over their duration (4 years), namely: - Lot 1: €400, 000 excluding tax. - Lot 2: €150, 000 excluding tax.
