Tenders are invited for Peregian Beach Digital Hub - Barception Service.
Description
Noosa Council is seeking an innovative and tech-savvy provider of a barista/reception (Barception) service for its Digital Hub in Peregian Beach. In keeping with the cutting-edge nature of the Digital Hub facility, this is a unique entrepreneurial opportunity for one or more individuals to run a coffee kiosk whilst also providing a reception service from the Hub-s Co-Op canteen.
Under this Invitation to Quote (ITQ), Council is offering a Permit (in the form of a Licence) for an initial period of 12 Months, with 2 x 12 Month extension options, at the sole discretion of Council. Under this arrangement all revenue generated from the operation of the coffee kiosk will vest in the Contractor, in return for the provision of the services as outlined in Part 5 - Specification, of this ITQ.
