The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, parts, tools, transportation and other resources necessary to inspect, calibrate, maintain, and repair the truck scales.The successful Vendor shall maintain a physical office, branch, or service facility within a 300-mile radius of 13009 Beulah Road, Pensacola, FL 32533. The facility shall be adequately staffed and capable of providing sales support, technical support, maintenance services, replacement parts, and emergency service. The Vendor must be able to provide on-site emergency response within 4 to 6 hours of a service request.
