PEP4US - Strategic further development of time management and personnel deployment planning Initial situation Today, personnel deployment planning is increasingly caught between operational requirements and the individual needs of employees (Work-Life Balance) and a changing work culture. Developments such as New Work, interprofessional collaboration and greater employee participation in duty planning are becoming more important and place new demands on planning. Transparent, balanced and automated personnel deployment planning not only promotes employee satisfaction, but also has positive effects on the quality of care. All of this contributes to strengthening the Employer attractiveness and retention, especially among nurses in the core business. These trends require a planning environment that combines efficiency and participation, optimal management of resources and a consistent, employee-oriented planning culture supports.
