The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the 5-02-13-030 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (₱550, 700.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Vehicle Parts & Accessories for Heavy Equipment for the Provincial Engineering Office (PEO) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
