1) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (OSPA-Excise Tax 2026) intends to apply the sum of Twenty One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱21, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Heavy Equipment Upgrading for the Provincial Engineering Office (PEO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
* Note: Bidding is ITEMIZED, consisting of two (2) ITEMS.
