Description : Prospective bidders must have completed, within the period as specified in the bidding documents, a single contract that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value must be at least fifty (50%) percent of the ABC to be bid. The Eligibility Check as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be immediately conducted thereafter.
