Sources Sought Notice1. GENERAL:Â The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, located at 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33612, is seeking sources for the procurement of one (1) surgical microscope for the Otolaryngology clinic.2. BACKGROUND:Â Currently, the Otolaryngology and Neurosurgical sections share a single surgical microscope, which has led to scheduling conflicts and delays, causing some Veterans to be referred to community care providers due to prolonged wait times. 3. PURPOSE:Â The objective is to procure a surgical microscope that will support the surgical needs of the Otolaryngology/Microvascular reconstructive surgeries, ensuring operational backup when the primary microscope is unavailable.4. SCOPE:Â This sources sought notice invites responses from vendors capable of providing a surgical microscope that either meets or exceeds the specified standards and characteristics. 5.
