Pension Insurance Institute - Rental houses in Vienna - Property renovations - Carpentry work (framework agreement) For the rental houses owned by the Pensionsversicherungsanstalt (PVA) and operated by it through its own property management In Vienna's 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 8th, 18th and 19th districts, property renovations (mostly apartments, but in rare cases also business areas) are currently being carried out separately for renovation, conversion, adaptation, etc. by various external companies via call-offs if necessary existing framework agreements have been implemented. Since the framework agreement and the related services for the carpentry trade in connection with these property renovations for all rental apartment buildings in Vienna expire in spring 2027, a new one is hereby established A new framework agreement (with 3 framework agreement partners) is advertised for a period of around 3 1/2 years (with a 2-year extension option).
