Pension insurance company - RZ Alland - Modernization of the building management system (GLT-MSR) (1st stage - applicant selection)
Information about the announcement: The building management system (GLT) present in the Alland Rehabilitation Center (RZ) of the Pensionsversicherungsanstalt (PVA) is over 25 years old and is at the end of its lifespan and there is an increasing number of failures and defects in the BMS. In principle, there are no longer any spare parts available on the market for the elements of the building management system or MSR system (measuring, control and regulation technology system). Against this background, the modernization or new production of the BMS and MSR systems is scheduled to take place in 2027. However, the electrical engineering measures are not included in the scope of services; these services are awarded separately. As part of the now announced first stage of the procurement process, the search for applicants for GLT/MSR services takes place. In the following 2nd stage, the applicants already selected from the 1st stage must be offered the necessary GLT/MSR services.
