The AER is publishing three RFPs for this work. There is an RFP for actuarial consulting services, an RFP for investment services, and this RFP for pension administration services.The AER is inviting proposals from qualified service providers with experience providing fully outsourced pension administration services to registered pension plans in Alberta. The scope of services also includes self-service pension estimates and projection tools. Technology, plan member experience, and the capacity to begin delivering the services as of January 1, 2025 will be key considerations in AER-s acceptance and award.
