BRIEF DESCRIPTION: PennWest Clarion and Edinboro are two of three PASSHE campuses that comprise PennWest University. At PennWest Clarion and Edinboro there is excess square footage, relative to campus student body size. Much of this excess square footage is comprised of underutilized or obsolete buildings. The project is the demolition of buildings owned by the University at both campuses, which have not been renovated, have reached the end of their useful life, and have been vacated by the University for several years.PennWest Clarion: Four (4) separate campus buildings are included in this project, with a total building area to be demolished of 168, 000+ SF. They are all located at the main PennWest Clarion campus.
