Description
This project will replace Two (2) rooftop electric heat pump package units at Petrified Forest National Parks (PEFO) Painted Desert Community Complex Teacherage (Units J & K). This project will also include all work required for the removal and disposal of existing equipment, pipe installation, ductwork fabrications, electrical connections, system controls, balancing, and start up testing.This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement. See attached specifications for additional details. Questions are due to lindsay_mclaughlin@nps.gov by June 24th, 2025 at 10am Central Time. A consolidated list of Government responses will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
