In 2023 the Township of Woolwich issued an Expressions of Interest for Consultants interested in providing peer review services in specific areas for all development applications, including the ability to appear at the Ontario Land Tribunal or other such legal proceedings.
The Township is now opening up the Expressions of Interest to allow additional experts to be added to the peer review list and to add additional areas of expertise for new and current peer reviewers. The Township existing peer review areas included the following areas:
Natural Heritage/Environmental
Noise (D-6 Guidelines)
Dust / Odour (D-6 Guidelines)
Visual Impact
Cultural Heritage
Geotechnical / Hydrogeological
Landscape Design / Parks Planning
Traffic Impact
Urban Design
