Products or services: Public lighting 1.2. PURPOSE OF THE PROPOSAL The purpose of this bidding competition is to call on interested parties to present their offers for the Tender called “INTEGRAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE OF THE PEDESTRIAN PUBLIC LIGHTING AND OTHERS, COMMUNE OF QUINTA NORMAL 2026-2027”. The contract considers: a Preventive maintenance service for 15 months, with a fixed monthly value starting from July 1, 2026 until September 30, 2027. b corrective maintenance, with work orders that will be valued according to a list of unit prices for materials and labor. c Supply service and execution of additional or special work, with work orders that will be valued according to list of unit prices for materials and labor. The detailed description of the required services is contained in the Technical Specifications that form an integral part of these Administrative Bases and must comply, as least, with the minimum technical specifications established there. • Work orders for corrective maintenance and additional or special work will be carried out after the purchase order is sent to the Public Market.
