The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION UPPER PAMPANGA RIVER INTEGRATED IRRIGATION SYSTEMS - HEAD OFFICE, through the fund under GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF CY-2026, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND 4/100 PESOS (169, 558, 500.04), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract hereunder. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION UPPER PAMPANGA RIVER INTEGRATED IRRIGATION SYSTEMS - HEAD OFFICE now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF CHECK STRUCTURE, APPURTENANT STRUCTURES AND CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR-POWERED PUMP.
