1.1market objectives / solicited companies this invitation to tender peak-wms is designed to determine the most economically advantageous tenderer for the introduction, operation, support and development of a warehouse solution management (hereinafter referred to as wms) for the voyageurs division (hereinafter: division p) in the field of logisticsaterial. The bidder develops and operates warehouse management solutions and has in this context the skills, organizational and methodological means necessary to ensure a successful implementation at the level of complexity mentioned. Expected benefits: design, implementation and introduction of a wms solution y c. Application mobile and interface to sap erp. Once the project is accepted, the bidder guarantees the operation of the warehouse management solution as a managed service provider (hereinafter msp) in the form of software as a service - after saas) for a contractual term of maximum 5 years after the end of the projectone of the last division, that is to say at the end of the deployment) and is responsible in this respect for the support of the global solution wms. 1.2object of the contractin the framework of this public tender procedure, the following objects of the market must be the subject of an offer: • project outcome, incl. Project management, design, realization, introduction • exploitationn saas with exploitation, management, support and development of a global solution of warehouse management as a managed service. • global warehouse management solution integrating the following components: software componentssosolution warehouse management default application software as a saas solution for warehouse management at 16 sites in switzerland owms mobile application for mobile data entry devices (hereinafter referred to as mde) application and user interface for mobile use of processes (if this option is not already included in wms), olabel labeling functionality and printing integrated module or separate application for printing labels and documents omanagement of identification and authentication (iam) integrated module or application for the identification and authentication of users materielsomdeo componentsmobile label printer interfaces to peripheral systemsointegration of components already operational on the cff network (eg laptop cff, sbb client, sbb printing services, adfs) of the application of the global solution wmsoconnection between the new wms system and the higher sap erp system on the basis of a certified standard interface and connection of the automated components in stock (shuttles / paternoster) oconnection of the automatic warehouse shelves in the olten workshops via a merchandise flow controller (ci-after mfc) location of the current brisoft warehouse management software with the new wms system and adaptation of the communication for the management of warehouses with high shelves.
