PD: "Home for the elderly Jesenec - construction of a new building" The subject of the public contract is the preparation of project documentation for a new building for the provision of social services of the contribution organization of the Olomouc Region, Home for Seniors Jesenec, with its seat at Jesenec 1, 798 53 Jesenec, ID number: 71197702. The new building will provide residential services to 70 clients with reduced self-sufficiency mainly due to age. The project must respect specific requirements for barrier-free accessibility, user safety, hygiene and operational standards for social services and energy efficiency. The project documentation will also deal with the necessary related investments consisting in the demolition of existing buildings on the park land. no. st. 28/2 (building no. 109 and a farm building on the border with land plot no. 430/6, 430/5, and art. p. 28/1 c.ú. Jesenec). It will also include the complete improvement of the affected land, including the design of outdoor paved and unpaved areas, planting greenery and solutions for connecting the building to the transport and technical infrastructure. Home for the elderly will be located in the northern part of the central development of the village, on land in a sloping terrain in connection with the existing social care area. The object is designed as three interconnected masses located along the contour, connected by a central communication object, which provides barrier-free connection of all floors with elevators and stairs.
