Provide design assist, fabrication, and installation of new signage package for multi unit development. Signage scope includes 5 overall sign types, from larger post mounted primary signs to smaller wall mounted unit signs. 1. Quote Instructions 1.1. Provide a quote for the scope of work below, a description of any proposed alternates and adjustments as described in the scope of work to be included for fair bid comparison. 1.2. Quote to be itemized, including unit rate for each sign type. 2. Scope of Work 2.1. Fabricator to provide fully detailed shop drawings and graphic proofs for all signage 2.3.1. Provided materials and dimensions are indicative, and fabricator is encouraged to propose alternates and adjustments based on experience of best practice for legibility, durability, and economical design 2.3.2. Graphics to be digital print UV stable, exterior grade vinyls. Note in bid if alternate graphic system is to be used. 2.4. Fabricator to provide color & finish samples for client review and selection 2.5. Install signs on site, including all required footings and hardware. Make good any existing elements damaged during works
