Description : PCB TESTING OF TRANSFORMER OIL AT SAN PASCUAL DPP
SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. Oil Analysis Polychorinated Biphenyls (PCB's) using methods pescribed in DENR-EMB MC 2014-007.
2. Winning bidders must be a DENR recognized environment laboratory for the analysis of transformer oil and waste oil: Polychorinated Biphenyls (PCB).
3. Winning bidder shall provide the sampling containers for oil sampling to be delivered at NPC-HO c/o EMD upon acknowledgement of PO, NOA & NTP at BOD Office.
4. Oil sampling for PCB Analysis will be conducted by Per plant (5 transformers).
5. Laboratory report to be submitted within thirty working days upon receipt of oil sample, transformer oil sample from NPC-HP, and delivery of results of analysis.
