1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO, through its Appropriation Ordinance No. 4, s. 2025 (Annual Budget 2026) intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR PESOS ONLY (₱499, 994.00). being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF TRAINING KITS AND LEARNING MATERIALS FOR THE BAGANI PEACE AND CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT FORUM 2026 UNDER PB(G) PR NO. 26-0983. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
