1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO, through its Appropriation Ordinance No. 4, s. 2025 (Annual Budget 2026) intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Fifty Pesos Only (₱3, 196, 050.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMMERCIAL RICE FOR NATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES AND PEACE ADVOCATES IN SUPPORT OF THE PEACE AND ORDER PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION UNDER PB(G) PR NO. 26-0791. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
