1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO, through its Appropriation Ordinance No. 4, s. 2025 (Annual Budget 2026) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Ten Pesos Only (₱4, 467, 210.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMMERCIAL RICE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SERBISYO CARAVAN PROGRAM UNDER PB(G) PR NO. 26-0546 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMMERCIAL RICE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SERBISYO CARAVAN PROGRAM UNDER PB(G) PR NO. 26-0546 using the Public Bidding method pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 12009 (New Government Procurement Act) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
