1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO, through its Trust Fund (Local Government Support Fund-Financial Assistance to LGUs, FY 2055 General Appropriations Act, Republic Act N0. 12116 intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Pesos Only (₱18, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITALIZATION OF PAYMENTS FOR COLLECTION AND DISBURSEMENTS: DEVELOPING A SECURE AND SCALABLE DIGITAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY NETWORK TO ENABLE THE DIGITALIZATION OF PAYMENTS, COLLECTIONS AND DISBURSEMENTS IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF LAAK UNDER PB(G) PR NO. 26-0252.
