Invitation to Bid for Construction of Street Light
1) The Barangay IV - Poblacion, Malilipot, Albay, through the 20% EDF CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Two Pesos and Ninety-Seven Centavos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for Construction of Street Light. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Bangay IV - Poblacion, Malilipot, Albay now invites bids for Construction of Street Lights. Completion of the Works is required within 20 days. Bidders should have completed, within 20 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
