Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR [PURCHASE OF GOODS]
1) The Barangay 4 - Poblacion, through the Financial Assistance from Provincial Government of Albay CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
