Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR

SUMMARY PROCUREMENT OF GARBAGE MINI DUMP TRUCKS AND GARBAGE DUMP TRUCK FOR THE USE OF CENRO

1. The City Government of Navotas, through City Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-38 (CY-2024 Annual Budget), City Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-51 (Utilization of 20% CDF) and Supplemental Budget No. 6- CY 2023, intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 7, 775, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUMMARY PROCUREMENT OF GARBAGE MINI DUMP TRUCKS AND GARBAGE DUMP TRUCK FOR THE USE OF CENRO (PIN 2024-05-074). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Navotas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 60 CALENDAR DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF APPROVED P.O. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
