The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER, through the General Appropriations Act/Income intends to apply the sum of PESOS TEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY- FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED (Php 10, 885, 600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Sutures - IB No. 2024-19 .
