1) The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER through the Income intends to apply the sum of PESOS ELEVEN MILLION FORTY-TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE & 81/100 (Php 11, 042, 451.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Medical Instruments for OR Complex - IB No. 2026-46. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements.
