1) The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER through the Income intends to apply the sum of PESOS THIRTY FIVE MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND (Php 35, 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Medical Equipment for OB-GYN- IB No. 2026-36. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
